YS Design Warranty

If you have a warranty issue, please contact your place of purchase – they will supply us all the relevant information for repair or replacement.

YS Design products have a 5 year Warranty on all structural components.
YS Design products have a 1 Year Warranty on Fabric, PU ,Leather and all electrical components including our Lift/ Massage Chair and Sit Stand desks.
YS Design Chair warranty is based on normal use, with the user weighing up to 120kgs. With a seating time of 8 hours per day.
YS Design Logan Range has a 25mm Top and leg thickness. The sides of the drawer boxes,backs of our storage units, modesty panels and mobile pedestals have a 18mm thickness.
To claim a YS Design warranty, return defective items with original sales receipt to place of purchase. Any freight charges outside a capital city will be at the expense of the purchaser.
This warranty does not apply to damage from misuse, abuse, improper storage, improper assembly , repair or alteration.
YS Design reserves the right to refuse a warranty claim if any of the above criteria is not deemed appropriate.
YS Design does not refund for change of mind.
YS Design will repair,replace parts,credit or replace the item at their discretion.
